Matthew Fraraccio

Highlands Residential Mortgage was created in 2010 in the midst of uncertainty and rapid change in the mortgage industry. A group of like-minded seasoned veterans came together to create a company with an employee-focused culture. A culture that values its members both personally and professionally and a company built on the idea that the customer comes first! We believe Highlands Residential Mortgage is such a place. Our Mission to value people drives everything we do.

Matt is excited to be working with Highlands Mortgage, utilizing his education and experience in finance.  After graduating from the University of Florida in 1999 with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Matt started his career as a Financial Advisor.  A few years later, he attended the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, earning a Masters in Business Administration concentrated in Finance.  Shortly after graduation, Matt went into business for himself and spent nearly two decades successfully growing that business.

In 2022, Matt sold his business and joined Highlands Mortgage as a Loan Officer.  He is committed to helping his clients find the best programs to accommodate their unique situations and enjoys sharing his knowledge of finance to better assist them reach their financial goals.  If you have a question about personal finance, just ask, Matt is happy to help.

Since 1978 Matt has called Martin County home.  He loves his community and the many life-long relationships developed there.  He works closely with Realtors, Builders, and Financial Advisors; many of which he has known for decades.  In his spare time, Matt enjoys doing anything with his wife, personal fitness, and the beaches and waterways of Stuart, Florida.
