Highlands Residential Mortgage is excited to continue expanding our presence in North Texas with the opening of a new Dallas branch led by Producing Branch Manager Ted Seidel.
Ted brings more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience and deep roots in the Dallas market. Throughout his career, he has worked as both a mortgage broker and banker, helping homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate partners navigate a wide range of financing needs.
But Ted’s business has never been built around one person. Over the years, he has assembled an experienced team focused on providing clients and referral partners with clear communication, knowledgeable guidance, and a consistent experience from start to finish.
That approach has helped Ted build a strong reputation throughout the Dallas area. He has also been recognized numerous times by D Magazine, including multiple honors as a Best Mortgage Professional and Top Mortgage Producer.
