Women make up nearly 60% of Highlands’ workforce and hold 40% of our C-suite leadership positions. They’re represented across all areas of the company, from loan production and operations to marketing, technology, and executive leadership.
Highlands President Brian Bennett recognizes the important role women have played in the company’s continued success.
