Highlands Residential Mortgage Expands in Missouri with New Springfield Branch

By: Highlands Residential Mortgage

Highlands Residential Mortgage is continuing to grow in Missouri with the opening of a new branch in Springfield.

This next step builds on the momentum we recently established in Branson and reflects our continued focus on expanding into strong markets with the right people in place.

The Springfield team is led by Area Sales Manager Chad Noble, joined by Branch Manager Alex Carriker, Loan Officer Justin Coffer, and Anthony Carriker. Together, they bring more than 30 years of combined experience in the mortgage industry.

What makes this group stand out is their connection to the Springfield market and the way they approach their work. With local roots and a strong understanding of the homebuying process from multiple angles, they bring a practical, hands-on perspective to both clients and referral partners.

Whether it’s guiding a first-time buyer, helping someone think through their next move, or supporting partners in a competitive market, this team is focused on clear communication and doing right by the people they serve.

“Expanding into Missouri is an exciting step for Highlands, and it starts with bringing in the right people,” said Corey Caster, EVP of National Production. “This group brings experience, strong relationships, and a great reputation in their market. We’re looking forward to supporting their continued growth in Springfield.”

With both Springfield and Branson now established, Highlands is continuing to build a strong presence in Missouri and invest in long-term growth across the region.

If you missed our announcement in Branson, you can read more about that team here.

Please join us in welcoming Chad, Justin, Alex, and Anthony to Highlands Residential Mortgage. We’re excited about what’s ahead and the continued growth in Missouri.
