I am very excited to share with all of you that Highlands was recently named a top 100 place to work by the Dallas Morning News for 2015! We were one of only three lenders to make the list this year which is another outstanding accomplishment for our company! I attended the recognition luncheon last week with several of our management team members and it was a great experience being in the same room with the best of the best in Dallas. The competition for this award is fierce each year as Dallas is one of the toughest markets in the country to crack the top 100.
Our story, our team and our success grows stronger each and every day. We have accomplished so much over a short period of time and yet I still feel like we are only warming up! None of it would be possible without the hard work and dedication from all of our outstanding employees! I am proud to work with all of you and take great pride in this special company that we are building together!
