Kent brings nearly 20 years of experience in mortgage, with a career that spans business development, wholesale operations, and recruiting leadership. He’s held roles such as Account Executive, Director of Recruiting, and Regional Business Development Manager, giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to attract and grow top talent.
