Highlands Residential Mortgage Makes Dallas 100 for Second Year in a Row

At the 27th Annual SMU Cox Dallas 100™ Awards Ceremony and Banquet, the Cox School’s Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship recognized Highlands Residential Mortgage and 99 other companies.

The Institute ranks the top 100 Dallas entrepreneurial companies based on percentage growth and dollar growth over the previous three years.  For two consecutive years, Highlands has landed in the top twenty.

Working with accounting firm BKD LLP CPA and Advisors, the Caruth Institute reviews sales from hundreds of companies for the 2014 to 2016 period.

Co-founded by the Caruth Institute, Dallas 100™ honors the ingenuity, commitment, and perseverance of the fastest-growing privately held entrepreneurial businesses in the Dallas area. According to the Institute’s data, this year’s winning companies collectively generated billions of dollars in sales over the past three years.

The event spotlights fast-growing privately held corporations, proprietorships or partnerships headquartered in the Dallas area that often don’t get attention. They deserve recognition for creating jobs, showing consistent growth, and contributing greatly to the area’s economy.
