Highlands Residential Mortgage is thrilled to announce that Tim Bartosh has joined our Executive Production leadership team!  For over three decades, Tim has been one the industry’s most talented and respected leaders having played a major role in the growth and success of two national mortgage lenders.  Tim led CTX Mortgage in the 1990’s and 2000’s to become one of America’s largest non-bank mortgage companies during that span.
