Highlands Residential Mortgage was created in 2010 in the midst of uncertainty and rapid change in the mortgage industry. A group of like-minded seasoned veterans came together to create a company with an employee-focused culture. A culture that values its members both personally and professionally and a company built on the idea that the customer comes first! We believe Highlands Residential Mortgage is such a place. Our Mission to value people drives everything we do.

For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in nearly every corner of the mortgage industry. My journey has included roles as an Administrative Assistant, Loan Closer, Loan Processor, Relocation Specialist, Proficiency Coach, Community Banking Specialist, Loan Officer Assistant, and now, Loan Officer.

What does that mean for you?

It means when questions come up, I’ve likely seen them before. When challenges arise, I know how to navigate them. And when it’s time to get you to the closing table, I understand every step of the process because I’ve worked behind the scenes in so many of them.
