Highlands Residential Mortgage is pleased to announce the continued growth of Independence Mortgage Group with the opening of a new branch in Cold Spring, Minnesota, led by Branch Manager Mitch Olson.
The expansion marks the next chapter for Independence Mortgage Group at Highlands. Earlier this year, the first members of the group joined Highlands in Grand Junction, Colorado. With Olson now coming on board in Minnesota, the team is extending its presence while continuing to build on the experience, relationships, and commitment to service that have defined its success.
Olson brings more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience to Highlands, having begun his career in mortgage lending in 2003. Since then, he has helped more than 1,000 homeowners achieve their homeownership goals.
Throughout his career, Olson has built his business around listening to his clients, communicating clearly, and providing knowledgeable guidance throughout the mortgage process. He also credits much of his success to building strong teams and surrounding himself with experienced professionals who share his commitment to service.
