A group of like-minded seasoned veterans came together to create a company with an employee-focused culture. Lacey Beckering has always had a love for homes. Long before she became a mortgage lender, she loved real estate, restoring homes to their original charm, and following market trends. After her own less‑than‑smooth experiences buying and refinancing, she saw firsthand how overwhelming the mortgage process can be when no one takes time to explain it.

Lacey’s mission is to replace stress and confusion with clarity, confidence, and a genuinely great experience. With a background in sales and hospitality at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as well as Marriott International, she brings a high level of service, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail to every client.

As a mortgage loan officer with Highlands Residential Mortgage, Lacey is known for being thorough, approachable, and solutions‑focused, helping anyone from first‑time buyers all the way to investors understand their options and feel comfortable with one of life’s biggest and most rewarding financial decisions.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her with her family, traveling, or cheering on her kids from the sidelines of whatever sport is in season.
