Highlands Residential Mortgage, a growing mortgage lender headquartered in Dallas, TX, has opened an office in Little Rock managed by Steve Fischer. The new location is at 3801 Woodland Heights Road Suite 201, Little Rock, AR 72212.

Loan officers joining Steve are Robin Bishop and Jimmy McFarland. Together, the team has more than 40 years of professional experience in the real estate and mortgage industry.
