September, 2013: Highlands Residential Mortgage is proud to announce our Sterling, Virginia branch led by Regional Manager, Rick Miller. Rick is a long time industry veteran that has had great success throughout his career building solid mortgage production branches. Prior to coming on board at Highlands, Rick led one of the most successful branch offices at SWBC Mortgage. Rick is joined by Melissa Hoover, Tim Kelly and a great support staff that will all serve as the foundation for building the Highlands branch out East.
