We’re excited to share that Lance Logan has joined Highlands Residential Mortgage as our new Senior Vice President of Loan Administration.
Lance brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgage servicing and operations. He’s spent his career focused on doing things the right way—streamlining processes, strengthening compliance, and making sure borrowers always feel supported.
He’s well known in the industry for building strong teams, solving tough problems, and improving the way loan administration works from start to finish. From origination through payoff, Lance understands every step of the loan process, and his insight will be key as we continue to provide the kind of service our customers and partners know us for.
