DALLAS, TX — May 30, 2013 — Highlands Residential Mortgage (HRM) is extremely pleased to announce that Brian Bennett and Danny Deaton have joined its team. Brian and Danny bring an enormous wealth of knowledge and experience to our company with emphasis on growth, profitability, and quality.
Brian will be President of HRM. He brings more than 24 years of mortgage experience, beginning his career on the operations side of the business, then moving to production where he served in such capacities as a Top Producing Loan Officer, Branch Manager, and Chief Lending Officer. Brian was President of W.R. Starkey Mortgage, and during his tenure established the company as one of the fastest growing privately owned mortgage companies in the country. Most recently, he was EVP/National Production Manager at SWBC Mortgage Corporation. Brian’s professional, can-do attitude and servant leadership mentality guarantees a bright and extremely successful future for our company.
Danny will serve as Executive Vice President/National Production Manager of HRM. Danny is a proven veteran and brings over 33 years of experience in mortgage banking. Danny’s career has primarily been focused on production, although with a strong overall working knowledge of operations. As an Executive Member of our management team, he will recruit and coach both loan officers and production managers adding to the quality team currently at Highlands. During his 11 year tenure at CTX Mortgage Company he served in such capacities as State, Regional, and National Production Manager. Danny also recently served as EVP/National Production Manager at SWBC Mortgage Corporation helping to more than double the size of the company in a two and a half year period of time.
Both Brian and Danny bring a high level of success, knowledge, and commitment to our company. Highlands Residential Mortgage is very fortunate to have both of these professional individuals to complete the foundation of HRM’s management team.
