Highlands Residential Mortgage is excited to welcome Robert Carter as Branch Manager of our new branch in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Robert brings more than 15+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a background that spans both loan origination and branch leadership. Over the years, he has worked as a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager, building a steady approach to helping clients move through the home financing process with clarity and confidence.
He’s known for keeping things simple and straightforward. Whether someone is buying, refinancing, or building, Robert focuses on helping clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed.
Before getting into the mortgage business, Robert spent time working as a pilot, an experience that speaks to his attention to detail and ability to stay steady in complex situations.
