While working her way through the mortgage ranks, Ginger has spent time as a top producing Loan Processor, succeeded as a high performing Manager as well as an Award winning divisional Director. Her proven ability to manage and support production staff, consisting of both sales and operations roles, has significantly contributed to the growth and success experienced at Highlands Residential Mortgage. Having an expectation of excellence is something that transcends both her personal and professional lives. While Ginger is a consummate mortgage professional, she is also a proud wife and mother of 3 children.
