Founded in 1976, National Mortgage News is an award-winning resource serving the residential mortgage industry. Its contents cover brokerage firms, nonbank lenders, vendors, regulators, and depositories.
The process involves a thorough company assessment designed to collect detailed information about each company’s workplace. Employers fill out a detailed questionnaire and employees share their honest feedback in a company-wide survey.
The publication works with Best Company Group, a company with experience in conducting employee surveys. They sort survey results into eight core focus areas:
- Leadership and planning
- Corporate culture and communications
- Role satisfaction
- Work environment
- Relationship with supervisor
- Training, development, and resources
- Pay and benefits
- Overall engagement
